Truck-Max.com offers a limited warranty to the original owner for a period of one-year from purchase date [unless a shorter warranty is specified by manufacturer]. Truck-Max.com will, at its option, replace or authorize repair to any product found to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect during the term of this warranty. Truck-Max.com shall be the sole judge as to warranty claim acceptability.
This warranty is limited to the replacement value of the part only. There are no coverage costs allowed for removal, installation, labor, inconvenience, rentals or incidental or consequential damages. Products showing signs of abuse, improper installation, modifications or use for which parts were not intended are excluded from this warranty. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability for installation and use.
All parts must be inspected for proper fit and defects prior to installation. No warranty claims will be accepted after prep or paint has started. Any warranty claims must be returned prepaid and have prior return authorization and letter of defect explanation included. |
